Simple, Proven Workflows You Can Use Immediately

Sales has always been a human craft, but the administrative work surrounding sales often gets in the way of genuine connection. In this practical, hands-on session, Jenny Niemela shows sales professionals how to integrate AI into their everyday workflow in a way that reduces friction, strengthens follow-through and frees them to be fully present with prospects and clients.

Instead of overwhelming you with tools, Jenny demonstrates three simple, proven workflows where AI provides immediate value: virtual meetings, in-person networking and in-person sales conversations. You’ll learn how to use Teams, Zoom, Copilot and ChatGPT to automatically summarize meetings, generate follow-up emails and create CRM-ready notes without dividing your attention during the conversation. She’ll also show how a quick 30–60 second voice memo after an interaction can capture tone, emotional cues, objections resistance and opportunities before they fade.

This session is grounded in Jenny’s People First, AI Second philosophy: technology should run quietly in the background, helping you stay focused on the person in front of you while still ensuring consistent, high-quality follow-up. You’ll leave with clear workflows you can start using immediately and a more confident, human-centered approach to selling in an AI-enabled world.
