Join us on June 5th as Paul Omodt gives his presentation. See below for details and registration:
A good salesperson brings a wide range of skills, often starting with ‘the gift of gab’ and ending with the ability to close. In between, there are numerous techniques helpful in moving a prospect along the sales process, but salespeople have a hidden and often overlooked second language that they can also employ with great effect: the power non-verbals. Harnessing this second language can propel your sales ability forward in ways you’ve never thought of — and perhaps have never seen.
In this session, you will learn:
- The difference between inherent and acculturated body language and why it is important in sales
- The power of eye contact and eye movement in gaining the trust needed to make the sale
- How to play your vocal variety to bring your prospect closer to you
- How person is the most important part of ‘salesperson’
In this session, we will put together how a sale is more than a moment; it is part of a feeling a salesperson creates by using tools and techniques that are seen, heard, and often unseen.
